How much do accounting services cost?
Our base package starts at €300 + VAT per month. It covers payroll for up to 5 employees (timesheets, schedules, Sodra and personal income tax declarations) and up to 50 source documents per month (scanning, recording, VAT, iSAF). Above those limits: an additional employee costs €25, each additional invoice costs €3. There are no hidden fees.
What kind of companies do you serve?
We work with private limited companies (UAB), small partnerships (MB), startups and non-profit organisations. We have experience in construction, services and small-scale manufacturing. We serve both VAT-registered and non-VAT clients. We are not a fit for clients with high-volume e-commerce operations or sole proprietorships.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. We have an office in Vilnius for in-person meetings, but most work happens remotely – we serve clients across Lithuania. You can email documents or drop them at the office; we share reports and consultations via Teams.
How long does it take to switch from our current accountant?
Usually we move accounting over within one week. The process: 1) we meet (in person or via Teams), assess the workload and your needs; 2) we sign a service agreement; 3) we import the previous bookkeeper's balances and start working. We can begin recording the current month's documents immediately.
Which accounting software do you use?
We work with Rivilė and Agnum . Both are well-suited for small and mid-sized businesses. If your previous accountant used one of these, the data migration will be faster.
Who is responsible for my accounting?
Every client gets a dedicated accountantwho understands your business and stays in regular contact with you. All prepared documents and reports are reviewed by a senior accountant – we provide a double layer of quality control.
Do you provide tax consulting?
Yes. Client questions about taxes (VAT, personal income tax, corporate tax, real estate tax, Sodra) are included in our service. We respond within one working day (usually within 1 hour during business hours).
