As your personal accountant I take care of your entire company's bookkeeping under the base €300 + VAT package: up to 5 employees and up to 50 documents per month.
I take care of your team
- I handle payroll and timesheet records
- I file Sodra and State Tax Inspectorate declarations on time
- I prepare hiring and termination paperwork
- I calculate holiday pay and bonuses
I handle documents and taxes
- I collect and archive your purchase invoices
- I register source documents in the accounting software (Rivilė or Agnum)
- I track payments: bank transactions and advances
- I file iSAF data and VAT declarations
I answer questions and report back
- Each month I deliver a clear financial report
- I prepare documents for the Centre of Registers and the State Tax Inspectorate
- I consult on tax matters on any business day
- I reply to messages within an hour during business hours
Above limits: additional employee €25/month, additional invoice €3/each.

From first introduction to smooth operation: one week.
1 · We get to know each other
Call or let's meet over Teams - whichever you prefer. Tell me about your business: number of employees, your activities, what's working in your current bookkeeping, what's missing. That gives me a clear picture and lets me send you a concrete proposal.
2 · We prepare to start
We sign a service agreement. I help take over the documents from your previous bookkeeper. If needed, I contact the former accountant directly - that way the transition is smooth, with no leftover loose ends.
3 · We work together
From the current month onward, I run your entire bookkeeping. You have one contact - me, and a clear rhythm: a monthly report, declarations filed on time, answers within an hour during business hours.
